The information collected through this survey will be anonymised - which means that your name and personal details will not be linked with your answers when the findings are reported. This is also the case for responses provided by young people. I will ask for your contact details but only if you (or they) are interested in taking part in the future research. All personal information will be managed securely and destroyed at the end of the study.

Taking part in this online survey is evidence that you consent to information from this questionnaire being anonymised and used for the purposes of the research study.

Please note that some of the questions in the survey are about your child/children and their participation in the research. I would like your participation to lead to your child's participation that would result in an online interview with you and your child. I would suggest you have a conversation with your child before taking part.
